How we charge you

You will only get charged if we are able to save you money.
You are responsible for rebooking your flight (remember it only takes 10-15 minutes).
Along with the email notification that your flight has dropped, we’ll send you a link to pay. Right now Venmo works best for us.
We charge 15% of what we save you. I.e. if your flight goes down $100, we’ll invoice you for $15.
Knowing that your time is valuable, we have a minimum threshold of saving you $20 or 2,000 miles. If you would prefer a lower threshold leave a note in the comments
Miles saved are priced at $0.01/mile. Ie if we save you 5,000 miles we’ll count that as $50 and invoice you $7.50.
We recognize that things might get busy or flights might change before you can rebook, however we do ask that you rebook within 24 hours. We want to save you money! We will allow you 1 free pass but after that we expect payment every time.
